Security TWENTY Special

Having organised events for several years now, we are often asked by suppliers, manufacturers, buyers and the like if we can arrange to put  people together in one room at one time. As a provider of security products and services, you  genuinely want to meet new people and network with potential customers ie people who genuinely are in the market for things new and innovative and have (if not right now) the budget to spend. You don’t, however, want time-wasters. In a word, you need a filter, to get to know just those potential customers that you want to know. So we bring you a special event that does just this. It will be for a  handful  of exhibitors to meet a carefully  selected group of industry related people that either buy or recommend products and  services; some will know each other whilst some will not.

We appreciate that this needs to be a memorable and enjoyable experience for all concerned with a bit of work thrown in, so we chose a venue that can meet all expectations, deliver all of our needs and make the event special – that being the world famous Twickenham Stadium on the outskirts of London.

Day 1 starts on 22 March in Lock No 4 on level 3 of the stadium where we will meet at 10.30 am for registration, introductions and an overview of the event. We then arrange a day of 30 minute appointments where attendees can discuss requirements and solutions with manufacturers including lunch. These appointments will be matched to ensure that there is a genuine requirement from both manufacturer and delegate to avoid time wasting.

After guests have checked into their bedrooms at the Marriott Hotel (which is integrated into the stadium) and have had chance to freshen up, we have organised a full tour of the stadium so that guests can see behind the scenes of this iconic venue.

On the evening of 22 March, all of us will come together  for a relaxed 3 course dinner in the stunning Member’s Lounge overlooking the stadium including hosted bar to encourage more networking opportunities.

Day 2 After breakfast on 23 March, we arrange a further morning of 30 minute appointments in your private meeting rooms on  level 3 of the stadium. We will finish at 1pm where will where you will be free to stay for lunch or leave for home or the office.

In total exhibitors will have sixteen 30 minute appointments over the two days in a private and enclosed room with no distractions so people can engage in secure discussions.

All of our attendees will be high level decision makers and influencers who have been specially selected.

We want this event to be a great success for all our attendees so won’t be wasting anyone’s time! The plan is that even if you don’t have an appointment with everyone you should go away from the event knowing everyone who attended and hopefully having made some firm business  connections.

Thank you both for a thoroughly well organised, beneficial and enjoyable event. I was very pleased with each of my meetings even the extra one Liz insisted I attend and on Friday when I drove away at the end I felt satisfied that my time had been well used and some worthwhile business had been done. The venue and layout were first class and I would certainly highly recommend its use again, another bonus was the catering which was excellent.Kevin Hall, Openview

I can only echo the responses of my Professional Colleagues,  the event was extremely well organised and managed. The opportunities to spend professional and leisure time with such a great mix of dedicated professionals was superb.  In addition I must also add that both yourself and Roy,  provided support and the mix of humour and professional input which made the event very special. Just to say a big thank you to you and your professional team for organisation a very successful event. The concept of consultants meeting industry leaders was indeed a fantastic opportunity and one I found most rewarding and an education! I also met many smashing people, some old friends and also made many new friends and will be meeting with them again in the near future. – Bill Croft, Bill Croft Associates

It’s very difficult trying to keep up with how manufacturers are embracing new technology at the speed they are so when an organiser like Professional Security invites you to an event with a number of manufacturers to meet it is worth taking the time to attend. With approximately 4 meetings per morning, for 30 mins each, you get a taste of what is being offered by the companies you have been scheduled with. The networking opportunities that also present themselves over the 2 days are excellent with a good all round selection of people attending. – Warren Collins, Bridge Technical Consultants

A big congratulations to the Professional Security team on completion of another successful event. As you know this is our second year attending the special event and again we found it of great benefit. Not only was it an opportunity to discuss potential business opportunities and to showcase what Pelco by Schneider Electric can offer but its was a great opportunity to discuss market trends and changes with industry professionals. We look forward to attending again next year. Tony Burns, Pelco

Fantastic couple of days at the Security TWENTY Special Event. It was great to see some familiar faces and great to network within our industry. Massive thanks to Liz Lloyd and Roy Cooper for arranging a great event! Looking forward to the next one.Joe McKay, Wilson James

Thank you very much for the invitation to the Special Event.  The opportunity for networking and the structured 1-2-1’s were spot on, some real positive meetings from my point of view. Despite the cold, the golf was lovely, all the more so because of the excellent company that made up our 4-ball.  Tragically we didn’t ‘stalk’ any celebrities around the course, but there’s always next year. Well done on splendid event.Eamonn Murphy, TIS
