Having acquired Chartwell Doors and Security Solutions Ltd in August 2018, dormakaba UK has since been working to integrate the business and the full merger was completed on July 1. dormakaba UK says it will extend its product offering and expand into new sectors.
Chartwell specialises in automatic, security and fabrication. Its products range from automatic and manual doors, and gates and barriers to bollards and roller shutters – which will complement dormakaba UK’s the company says.

The fabrication and service branch of dormakaba UK will be at the Fareham site.
