Doors range

by Mark Rowe

New from ASSA ABLOY Security Doors, a UK division of ASSA ABLOY, the physical security product company, is the Prima Doors range. Following the acquisition of Prima Doors, this means, the firm says, it can serve more markets and applications, such as utilities and industrial, and more bespoke and tailored solutions. Prima Doors are offered with factory-fitted ironmongery, in line with product and project performance requirements.

The range provides steel hinged doors for internal and external use, delivering and meeting fire, security and acoustic requirements.

Brian Sofley, Managing Director at ASSA ABLOY Security Doors, said: “We now have one of the most comprehensive portfolios of fully certified security doorsets available from a single source in the UK. The addition of Prima Doors strengthens our full door opening solutions, adding to our existing commercial and high security steel and timber door ranges, supported by the full range of hardware available from the ASSA ABLOY Group.

“For more than 25 years, Prima Doors has been manufacturing steel hinged doorsets to the highest standard. Combined with our expertise and experience, this looks set to continue and grow further still, as we leverage both organisations’ knowledge and capabilities to realise new opportunities across a diverse range of markets.”
