The Kings Secure Technologies CAT 2, fully NSI Gold accredited Technology Monitoring Centre is monitoring millions of events, on a second by second basis. The Bradford-based company reports refurbishment of the centre.
At the Technology Monitoring Centre the firm says not only has there been substantial cosmetic improvements, but the entire network has undergone an upgrade, with new cloud telephony. Operators can listen to, assess, record and process every alarm, for the fastest possible response to our customers, in accordance with BS5979.
Centre Manager, Eddie Atkins said: ‘Our commitment to the wellbeing of our operators and to deliver the premium service we promise to our customers is of paramount importance to Kings. Our aim is to answer 95 per cent of telephone calls within 20 seconds; with the new technology and working environment that we have now in the Centre, our performance is just going to get stronger and stronger.’
