Proximity and Raz-Lee Security announced a partnership to market and support Raz-Lee’s iSecurity suite of 15 products in the UK and Ireland. Proximity will also be providing security software, configuration and assessments.
Raz-Lee’s iSecurity software suite has been designed the firms say for the IBM i (AS/400) environment. The product suite includes infrastructure security which protect network access; monitor and report on system activities; manage user profiles and authorities track software changes. Its application security software audits database activity, provides real-time alerts when critical business data changes and enables Business Intelligence analysis of application data changes, the companies say.
iSecurity has full multi-LPAR management capabilities and operates in green screen and full GUI modes.
Dave Pickburn, director at Proximity said: “We are delighted to be part of Raz-Lee’s partner programme. Their suite of IBM i security products are industry-leading and the partnership further strengthens our core business offering around development, modernisation and mobilisation of IBM i applications. Raz-Lee’s comprehensive iSecurity suite means we can provide comprehensive security monitoring services to organisations looking for security, auditing and compliance solutions. These solutions are especially important considering the background of ever more stringent IT security regulation, internal threats to business-critical data, cyber-attacks and hackers.”
“Strategically, the partnership with Raz-Lee also complements our existing agreements with BCD Software as exclusive Premier Business partner in the UK and Ireland and as the only accredited partner in the UK for Infor LX and BPCS.”
And Eli Spitz, VP of Business Development at Raz-Lee Security said: “Raz-Lee is proud to partner with Proximity for our iSecurity suite. The partnership will further enhance our position within the UK and Ireland IBM i (AS400) community for security, auditing and compliance solutions.”
