North manager

Stuart Scott has become Business Development Manager – North for Videalert, the traffic management and enforcement product company. Stuart, pictured, will be responsible for managing relationships and developing new business opportunities with new and existing clients across northern England and Scotland.

Stuart has over 15 years’ experience of working in local government and the private sector. He joins from Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council where, as Head of Highways, he was managing highways operations including systems deployment for network management. This included the first unattended CCTV enforced red route outside London as well as Intelligent Transport Systems. Earlier, Stuart worked for Parking Eye, part of the Capita Group, as Head of Operations (Local Government).
