Videalert, a supplier of traffic enforcement and management products, has appointed Jonathan Hector as Business Development Manager. In this new role he will be responsible for developing business with customers and partners and providing technical support for deployments of company products. He will also provide input to Videalert’s product development roadmap, the company adds.

Jonathan Hector has over 30 years’ engineering experience with UK-based organisations. Prior to joining Videalert, Jonathan spent five years with SEA as Product Manager where he managed a team of 17 handling the design, development, manufacture, delivery and support of the ROADflow traffic system. He was instrumental in growing this business from infancy to an enforcement provider in the UK and establishing a presence in other international markets such as the USA.

Tim Daniels, Sales and Marketing Director at Videalert, says: “This key appointment will enable us to meet the increasing demand for our innovative CCTV-based traffic enforcement and management solutions from local authorities and law enforcement agencies across the UK and internationally. Jonathan’s extensive experience of specifying and deploying DfT accredited systems will enhance our ability to help customers achieve the highest productivity at the lowest operational cost.” Visit www.videalert.com.
