Pink printer against cancer

Datacard Group, the ID cards and badges product company, are offering the Limited Edition Pink Datacard SD260 card Printer for a second time..

The company will donate a portion of the proceeds of each printer sold to the Pink Ribbon Foundation, which works against breast cancer. Todd Wilkinson, chief executive officer for Datacard Group, said: “Breast cancer is the leading cancer found in women globally and millions of people are affected both directly and indirectly each year by breast cance. We are honored to be partnering with the Pink Ribbon Foundation again to continue to help support the worldwide fight against this.”

Developed and engineered by Datacard Group, the limited edition printer is designed with a pink cover in support of breast cancer awareness. The printer will be available globally from October 2014 to March 2015.

“By offering this limited edition pink printer, Datacard Group, along with our partners and customers, will have the opportunity to help support the fight against breast cancer and give back to communities around the world,” said Wilkinson.

The limited edition pink printer was on display at the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) show in Atlanta, and will be at GITEX Technology Week in Dubai, and CARTES in November in Paris.
