VSG hails 2015 growth

Vision Security Group (VSG) – the security contractor, a division of Compass Group UK & Ireland, is hailing its 2015 year on year revenue growth of 13.3 per cent, as well as securing a number of significant contract wins.

VSG provides security services across the UK and Ireland, set up in 2000. A key growth areas for VSG was in its shopping centre business where it grew its portfolio by 14.2pc. Besides new contract wins in sectors including Retail and Distribution, Corporate and Managing Agents, the company also achieved a 95pc retention rate across the business.
VSG won eight “British Security Industry Associations” awards over the last year, and was named as a Britain’s Top Employer by the “Top Employers Institute” for a fourth year.

Other award wins include the “Premises and Facilities Management Partners in Expert Services” award and the BSIA chairman’s award for Health and Safety Training.

Barry Dawson, Business Director at VSG, said: “2015 was a fantastic year for us and we have a very positive outlook for 2016. We believe one of the keys to our success is our people agenda. We have invested significantly in our people through our unique training and development programmes, staff engagement surveys and regular face to face employee consultative meetings, ensuring clients are being provided with a continues great service.

“Having such a high client retention rate is testament to the hard work of our team to deliver on what we promise.”
