UK head

The services contractor OCS has appointed Steve Gardner as the UK Head of Standards and Solutions for Security Services.

He reports directly to Julie Jackson, Head of Contract Re-Engineering for OCS UK. He said: “I am delighted to take on this new role to extend the OCS security service client base in manned guarding and technical solutions.”

Jane Sheard, CEO UK facilities services for OCS added: “I look forward to supporting Steve in this critical new role to support OCS’ future development strategy.”

About Steve Gardner

He joined the firm in 2007 as Head of Standards and Compliance. He was responsible for standards and regulatory compliance across the group, supporting all the service streams including security. During this time he managed the implementation of the National Support Centre where he created the systems and procedures for the staff vetting and licensing of security operatives.
