TFM contract

After a competitive bid process EMCOR UK has been awarded a total facilities management (TFM) contract with the multinational insurance company RSA Insurance Group. The contract covers 18 of RSA’s buildings across the UK, including London headquarters. The five-year contract took effect on November 1.

The FM services include mechanical and electrical maintenance, building fabric cleaning and maintenance, cleaning, catering and vending, manned guarding, landscaping services, pest control, gritting services, statutory testing, FM helpdesk, reception services, and space planning and waste management. The FM firm will also deliver first line operational staff management, and some additional minor projects.
