The deal, worth over £3m over three years, builds on an existing relationship between the two companies. Incentive FM already responsible for services at St Nicholas Shopping Centre in Sutton, south London; and Friars Square in Aylesbury.

The Charles Darwin, pictured, Pride Hill and Riverside Shopping Centres are in adjoining sites in the Shropshire county town and have a large range of high street shops and restaurants. Under the terms of the contract, Incentive FM will self-deliver all security, cleaning and MEBF (mechanical, electrical and building fabric) services, operating seven days a week. Some 38 staff will transfer under TUPE from the two previous incumbents and will undergo extra support and training on an ongoing basis, Incentive FM says.

When this is combined with our close and open relationship with Montagu Evans, the result is a service that is great for the client, the retailer, their staff and their customers.”
