Kingdom acquisition

As of July 1, 2014 Kingdom Security Ltd has acquired Command Security Solutions Ltd, a Peterborough and Cambridge security firm.

The Command services include:
•Uniformed Security Personnel
•Mobile Patrols
•Key Holding and Alarm Mobile Response
•Lockup and Unlock Services

Terry Barton, Managing Director of St Helens-based Kingdom said: “This acquisition continues the strategic expansion and vision of Kingdom. The retention of the talented team and local office further strengthens the development of our Peterborough and Cambridge foothold and continues the expansion of Kingdom to over £65 million turnover and 2,900 people.

Kingdom meanwhile officially opened its new regional support centre for Scotland on Friday, June 27, welcoming a number of clients to the event.

The company’s new regional support centre is on King Street in Rutherglen, Glasgow. Described as a bespoke security facility, it will provide a base for Kingdom personnel in central Scotland. Kingdom’s already has offices in Inverness and Aberdeen.
