Deputy MD

The guarding contractor Incentive Lynx Security has appointed a Deputy Managing Director. Sara Taylor joins with a remit to help support and drive its growth.

Sara, pictured, has over 25 years’ experience in the facilities service sector with all but seven years specifically in manned guarding. Her career includes senior roles with Mitie, Initial Security, Emprise Services plc and Amey. She was responsible for the Courts & Tribunals Service security contract for the Ministry of Justice until 2013 and then acted as Account Director for major security and TFM services contracts, including at Heathrow Airport the T5 and T4 terminals; and four London Boroughs (Kensington and Chelsea, Hammersmith and Fulham, Westminster and Camden).

Craig Pickard, Managing Director at Incentive Lynx, said: “As we continue to grow our business it is vital that we have the right people in place to ensure that both existing and new customers continue to receive high levels of service. Sara has proven expertise in our sector and her strong communication skills, line management ability and commercial awareness make her a real asset to the team.”
