Atalian Servest acquires

The newly merged facilities management contract company, Atalian Servest, has made its first acquisitions since forming after the merger between the FM firms Atalian and Servest.

It’s acquired Unique Catering and Management Services Limited. The Group also has added to its services under the Arthur Mckay building services group with Thermotech Solutions Limited, a provider of active fire protection systems, HVAC and mechanical services.

Thermotech installa and maintains services to a blue-chip client base across the UK. The buyer says the acquisition will its footprint in the retail, commercial, industrial, residential and public sectors. The company adds it’ll provide a critical self-delivered solution in the rapidly expanding fire protection sector to its European client base.

Established in 2000, Unique Catering provides staff restaurants, deli bars, vending and hospitality services. The acquisition brings sites in the commercial, retail, leisure and manufacturing sectors to Atalian Servest, which has B&I brand Angel Hill Food Co. and in-house coffee brand Groundhouse.
