FLIR at IFSEC 2016

by Mark Rowe

FLIR at IFSEC is showing its range of thermal and high-definition cameras, embedded with intrusion detection analytics. IFSEC runs from June 21 to 23 at London Excel.

Pictured is its FC-Series ID thermal camera, with on-board video analytics able to classify human or vehicular intrusions. FLIR also offers the ioi HD, a full HD analytic IP bullet camera that combines military-grade video analytics with a broadcast-quality IP camera. This camera is suitable the makers say for perimeter and intrusion detection. The ioi TRK is a small video encoder with built-in analytics that enables autonomous pan and tilt tracking with high-definition PTZ cameras and thermal pan-tilt cameras from FLIR. Operational scenarios include target hand-off from fixed position cameras as well as the option to click on a target from the control room to initiate tracking.

The Horizon NVR delivers stability for video installations requiring up to 100 cameras. Horizon is a choice for securing high-performance small-to-medium sized business video installations with independent or multiple sites. The Meridian NVR is an enterprise grade, off-the-shelf, video surveillance system for up to 24 cameras.
