Access Control

Technical support

by Mark Rowe

Access control manufacturer Inner Range has welcomed Gareth Vaughan to its technical support team working for integrators and end-users.

Inner Range reports strong sales throughout the UK and Europe this year, and says it expects more growth now that sales channels have been integrated with parent company and global distributor Anixter.

Gareth, pictured, has more than 20 years’ experience in the security industry and is joining as Engineer – Application. He will support customers with technical queries about the company’s systems and integrations, as well as providing training for integrators and product demonstrations as part of the sales process.

Gareth said: “Inner Range systems are highly innovative and at the high end of the security market. This is a great step-up for me at an exciting time of growth. I’m looking forward to becoming an expert on the Integriti product range, specifically building my knowledge on large access control systems, and helping customers create exactly the solutions they need.”

Tim Northwood, Director at Inner Range, said: “Delivering excellent technical support for customers is just as important as the quality of our products themselves. Gareth’s additional expertise and experience will ensure we can continue to grow sales, confident they are backed up with all the engineering support customers might need.”

Gareth was previously a technical analyst at CSL Group, where he provided similar customer service and technical support. He has also worked with CSL DualCom.
