FM Contract Watch and The Security Watchdog (part of Capita plc) are jointly hosting the course to help Managers, Recruiters and HR Teams to understand immigration legislation and how to identify fraudulent documents.
Organisers say that after the introduction of tougher enforcement of immigration compliance by the UK Border Agency, companies must take steps to protect themselves in the event of an immigration investigation or compliance audit. The business benefits include:
