Ramora UK, a leading global provider of Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) services and related training, is delighted to announce that it is to become the UK distributor for TruckVault products.
The US-based TruckVault company manufactures a range of secure in-vehicle equipment storage solutions designed originally for a sporting and recreational market but now used, increasingly, by law enforcement and fire and rescue agencies. Constructed out of Medium Density Overlay (MDO) which is lighter than metal and has the particular advantage of not attracting moisture, TruckVault storage containers offer a safe and secure way of transporting sensitive items and materials, including ammunition and some other explosives. (In the US TruckVaults with metal shrouds are qualified to carry up to Class 3 explosives).
In other words, and hence the significance to Ramora UK, a TruckVault container allows rapid conversion of vehicles for the carriage of specialist equipment by Police, Fire and Bomb Disposal Teams.
