A New Finance Manager for Oprema

Cardiff based security distributors Oprema ltd have appointed Amanda Evans as Finance Manager to complement growth plans for the business.

Oprema embarked on a long search for the right candidate seeing Amanda joining in September after leaving a 9 year position with Office Visions.  As well as the required financial management experience, she also bolsters this role with personnel and occupational health and safety, CIPD & NEBOSH, diplomas.  Her primary focus is to run the day to day financial obligations for the business from VAT returns to payroll and management of cash flow.

Amanda commented, “What really attracted me to Oprema was the opportunity to assist a company to grow, the plans for the business are very exciting. I have also been surprised by how varied this role is, it’s a great environment to work in and a welcomed change.”

Matthew Epps, Managing Director said, “In the short time Amanda has been with us she has made a real difference.  Coming from a financial management background myself I was very particular about the skill set we needed.  Amanda has all these and brings so much more.”

Oprema head quarters and distribution centre is based in Cardiff, serving the security installer customer base all over the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
