Helpdesk Show

by msecadm4921

Helpdesk & IT Support Show 2005 runs from April 26 to 28 at National Hall, Olympia, London.

The Helpdesk and IT Support Show (HITS) is dedicated to helpdesk, support and IT infrastructure staff. Now in its ninth year, the show features some 80 exhibitors offering those tasked with improving helpdesk and IT support the opportunity to assess all the latest solutions and technology. There is also a free education programme of 50 seminars in three streams; Technology, People and Process, and Interactive Workshops, including case studies giving real world examples of helpdesk implementation.

Discover the answers to your support questions, say organisers, whether you are replacing or upgrading an existing system, implementing ITIL, concerned with team motivation, looking to manage your assets effectively, or simply wanting to learn new management skills.

The show takes place during Helpdesk and IT Support Week, featuring the HDI conference – a conference for helpdesk and support professionals – and the Helpdesk Support Excellence Awards and dinner. Other highlights of the event include motivational presentations by both Kris Akabusi the Olympic Gold medalist athlete, and Joe Simpson, author and mountaineer.
