The National Security Inspectorate (NSI) has appointed Richard Jenkins as the company’s interim Chief Executive, with effect from Tuesday, March 4. He succeeds Jeff Little OBE, who resigned from the post of Chief Executive, which he had held for three years.
Richard is described by the inspectorate as a change management specialist coming from a general business background including the engineering and vehicle industries. With over 20 years’ experience, Richard’s expertise includes business reorganisation, supply chain integration, process design and strategic development. His most recent role was with IKEA Ltd where he developed and implemented the retailer’s auto-enrolment pension scheme strategy and led the work launching their UK internet and home shopping delivery service and continuous improvement.

I am particularly keen for us to continue to focus closely on our customers’ needs and stakeholder interests.
