West Midlands Counter Terrorism Security Advisors (CTSA) on behalf of the National Counter Terrorism Security Office (NACTSO), will be delivering an ‘ARGUS-Retail’ workshop at IFSEC, NEC Birmingham. The workshop runs through a simulated terrorist incident, takes three hours and is interactive. It is aimed at managers and personnel such as those with responsibility for workplace security. There are several ARGUS products, revised for relevance to specific sectors such as Night Time Economy, Hotels and Major Events; however they have evolved from retail which was designed for shopping centres, town centres and out of town retail parks.
Organisers point out that this may be your last opportunity before this summer’s events, to consider your business preparedness for an incident.
