The contract to provide security services for Regent Arcade Shopping Centre in Cheltenham, which is managed by DTZ, has been awarded to facilities management company OCS.
The three-year contract is for manned guarding at the 185,000 sq ft site, where OCS already provides cleaning after a re-tender earlier this year. The Regent Arcade has more than 60 shops, six restaurants and 500 parking spaces and sees more than 100,000 shoppers a week. Richard Ralph, Senior Surveyor at DTZ, said: “We look forward to continuing our strong relationship with OCS and working with them to maintain the high standards that customers and tenants alike at Regent Arcade have come to expect.”
