Reliance hails results

by Mark Rowe

Reliance High-Tech has hailed year-on-year growth of its security and IT for mission-critical projects, corporate and government users. The firm has pointed to an increase in profits, sales and revenue, with a number of contract wins contributing to the growth.

Terry Sallas, Managing Director, Reliance High-Tech, said: “By focusing on both technology and delivery we are winning new business. Our workbook has grown significantly through strong sales in core markets, with new customers and also organic growth from our existing base.”

Reliance High Tech has worked for police, utilities, pharmaceuticals and critical infrastructure customers, offering integration and remote monitoring, as well as specialist solutions such as lone worker protection and digital interview recording.

Now, over the last six months, it has won new contracts in core markets and also in new manufacturing, financial and water sectors and is delivering programmes for the defence product firm QinetiQ, Thames Water, SGN and the Metropolitan Police.

Last month Reliance High Tech also announced that it was opening a business centre in Leicester, as a new hub for solutions development, product testing, system demonstration and training. Further investments will follow, adds Terry Sallas, pictured.

“Our performance over the last twelve months has been very strong and we are building on that success. We are investing in our processes, IT infrastructure and people as we focus on increased capability and, most importantly of all, customer satisfaction.” Go to www.rht.co.uk.
