FM media deal

by Mark Rowe

The facilities management company Mitie has been awarded an expanded FM contract with the UK media company, dmg media.

A multi-year agreement, which starts this month, will see the FM firm add mechanical and electrical maintenance, front of house, mailroom and logistic services to its security and cleaning services, which has been maintained within dmg media’s Kensington head offices over the last 15 years.

Phil Holland, Managing Director of Mitie’s Integrated Facilities Management business, said: “We are delighted to develop and expand our 15 year association with dmg media and look forward to working in partnership, adding value beyond the day-to-day operations.”

And James Welsh, Group Finance and Operations Director, dmg media added: “This expanded agreement is a reflection of the successful relationship we’ve enjoyed with Mitie over the last decade and a half, our changing needs, and the promise of what can be delivered working collaboratively across a broader scale in the future.”
