UK manufacturer of conventional and addressable fire detection products Nittan Europe has opened a new Training Centre at its head office in Old Woking, Surrey; and restructured its sales force. Robin Edmunds has been appointed as General Manager, Sales EMEA, responsible for UK Regional Sales Managers Alastair Holvey (South) and Barry Simpson (North, pictured).
Barry, Alastair and Robin have industry experience, spanning over 50 years between them, including in-design commissioning, sales, preparation of quotes, multi-disciple maintenance contracts and installations of most commercial and residential fire related systems.
Robin said: “I am excited at the challenges of being directly responsible for all export enquiries and managing the UK Regional Sales team. I am pleased to be a part of the new changes occurring at Nittan.”
Both Regional Sales Managers are enthusiastic about their roles and Nittan’s future. “Nittan’s restructuring provided me with the perfect opportunity that I had been looking for. I look forward to growing with Nittan,” said Barry.
