Durham County Council, Mallard Consultancy and Vipa Uk Ltd are organising a free Flytipping/Environmental Crime Seminar on September 24, 9am to 1pm, in Durham. The aim – sharing best practice, with a legal update.
Seminar speakers will bring ideas on how Environmental Crime is being tackled and also give delegates the chance to view the latest Vipa
David Armstrong will bring provide a legal update on topical issues including:

· Proceeds of Crime,
· New Code – Powers of Entry,
· Changes in ASB legislation.
