Certificate in locksmithing

A new qualification from exams awarding body Highfield awarding body for compliance (HABC) is the HABC Level 2 Certificate in Locksmithing (QCF). It’s a combined qualification and contributes to the Intermediate Apprenticeship in Locksmithing.

This qualification has been developed with the input of industry and Skills for Security (SfS), for apprentice locksmiths.

It covers the risks to health and safety in the workplace, communicating effectively with others, conducting dynamic risk assessments during locksmithing, key system design, lock assembly and cutting and providing keys. This qualification also offers optional units. The price breaks on this qualification (per learner) are as follows:

1-99 = £78+VAT
100+ = £71+VAT.
