Dallmeier reports that it’s exhibited at the recent ICE Totally Gaming show in London, for the casino sector. Pictured are Dallmeier staff at their stand. Konrad Hechtbauer, Dallmeier’s Project and Application Development Director, said afterwards: “Our new CAT product was extremely well received by the major European casino operators who had attended live product demonstrations during the show. This successful show edition has proven to us our plans to extend our CAT product offering into EMEA markets in 2018, with our product portfolio being increased with new additional solutions in the coming months.”

At Excel in Docklands, Dallmeier’s Casino Division team presented for the first time in Europe their new Casino Automation Technology (CAT) for live gaming and table gaming automation, which Dallmeier has recently carried out numerous tests in live casinos and has proven a market ready product, the developers say.

The main function of CAT is overall table game tracking and real-time player rating. The system was created for casino operators to increase profits, mitigate risks, protect gaming table integrity, streamline operations via real-time data analysis, achieve gaming floor transparency and help casino operations managers understand gaming table performance as well as reduce labour costs and minimise human fallibility.

Dallmeier says that its CAT doesn’t require additional sensors, is not CMS system specific, does not depend on RFID (but can integrate with it), interfaces and operates with any smart dealing shoe, uses standard CCTV cameras and is not system-specific. The produced data can be used in many fields of the casino, such as; marketing, besides surveillance.
