The revolving door and access product company Boon Edam Ltd has been awarded three British Standard company accreditations.
The firm based in Ashford in Kent reports a market share of over 50pc. The company says that from 2012 through to 2015 its plans focus on formalising their processes and becoming in the firm’s words the go to supplier for all entry solutions in the UK.
The firm has introduced a number of new management systems over the past year to formalise procedures and processes that ensure consistency in quality of company products and service, and care for their staff and the environment.
In 2013 Boon Edam was awarded ISO 9001, for quality of service; and ISO 14001 for commitment to reducing their environmental impact as a business; and most recently BS OHSAS 18001 for their safety management system.
Operations Director, Simon Trimmer, who was responsible for overseeing each of the new management systems, said: “Having all three standards in a business is most certainly a significant achievement, and we are extremely proud to receive this recognition for our efforts.”
