ASSA ABLOY Security Doors, a UK division of ASSA ABLOY, the physical security and door product company, is launching a new range of timber doors. The manufacturer says that the new SMARTec range has been developed as a set of doors and frames complete with all ironmongery. The doors are suitable the firm says for offices, high-end residential buildings, education facilities, factory premises, mixed-use developments, healthcare and premium hotels.

The doorsets within the SMARTec range can offer certified performance including fire resistance, security and sound reduction properties and are available to order in a range of finishes and styles. The security doors arm of ASSA ABLOY already offers Powershield and Prima steel doors, as well as Safeguard high security timber doors.

We are confident that SMARTec will meet the needs of all customers and specifiers by providing a durable solution which achieves the performance demands required. Our portfolio provides a total solution of complete door assemblies in both steel and timber, which for fire safety products meets with the latest Government recommendations.
