ONVIF, the US-based standards initiative for IP-based physical security products, is a sponsor of the Security Industry Association’s April 6 and April 7 educational sessions at ISC West 2016 exhibition in Las Vegas. ONVIF is sponsoring ten educational sessions in total, all part of the Video Surveillance track.
Per Björkdahl, ONVIF Steering Committee Chair, pictured, said: “Continuing education is crucial for security professionals in maintaining a working knowledge of the trends and technology current in today’s physical security market. ONVIF is excited to support SIA’s Video Surveillance track with a sponsorship at this year’s ISC West.”
The Security Industry Association offers its SIA Education@ISC West sessions from April 5 to 7, 2016, with the ISC West show. SIA will offer more than 65 sessions over the three-day span, on a range of security topics.
More than 60 member companies are exhibiting at ISC West, accounting for about 15 percent of all exhibitors at this year’s event. ONVIF will also be collecting feedback from attendees in the ISC West Exhibition Hall on ONVIF’s physical security profiles and profile developments.
