Pro-Vision, the Shropshire-based distributors of branded CCTV and access control equipment, are now authorised to sell and support the full range of equipment from Network Video Technologies (NVT).

Simon Davies, Internal Sales Manager for Pro-Vision said: “Under the agreement we can supply products like the new TBus transmission equipment. TBus is a backbone communications architecture for NVT’s range of IP transmission devices which supports all forms of coax and UTP cable, as well as 18/2, 2-wire (un-twisted wire), and STP (shielded twisted-pair) in any combination of star, peer-to-peer, or daisy-chain cabling topology. TBus delivers 56v DC power for remote transceivers and PoE devices (IP cameras, etc) with loads of up to 1 amp supporting high power PoE+ devices up to 50 watts. TBus also supports advanced 128-bit AES encrypted network speeds of up to 200Mbps and data distances of up to 8,000ft are also possible on RG59/U.”
