Hikvision, the Chinese supplier of video surveillance products, reports the integration of its network security cameras with SRX-PRO software from i3 International, an IP and video analytics company.
By using the GiPi (Generic IP Integration) module from i3 International, Hikvision’s network cameras, including the two-line HD series, DS-2CD7XXX series and DS-2CD8XXX series, are integrated with SRX-PRO software. The GiPi search function on the SRX-PRO server can auto-detect the cameras and configure IP addresses and other relevant information simultaneously. Hikvision IP cameras feature motion detection, alarm, PTZ functionality, and storage of presets.
