HD domes

by Mark Rowe

LG are introducing two new Onvif-compliant PoE network dome cameras to their IP range. The LND7300 and LNV7300 come in either a vandal-resistant IP66 housing or an internal cabinet. Both come with a 3-9mm infra-red corrected vari-focal lens and auto back focus.

The LND7300 and LNV7300 are day-night 3 Megapixel domes, with real-time streaming (at 30 frames per second) and wide dynamic range. Built-in SD card recording means that even should a network failure occur, images will still be recorded locally at the camera, which can then be downloaded when the networksresumes. Motion detection or other local events can all be recorded to SD card.
Other features include embedded video content analytics, bi-directional audio, power over Ethernet and up to seven multi-streaming and regions of interest.
