CSL acquire Emizon

by Mark Rowe

CSL, the providers of Secure Connectivity for M2M/IoT devices, report the acquisition of Emizon Networks Ltd. CSL says that the deal is their first since CSL’s Management team reinvested with Norland Capital, ICONIQ Capital and RIT Capital Partners. The company says that acquisition will enhance CSL’s service with greater IP capability, as well as underpinning CSL’s international growth ambitions.

Bob Tuck, Managing Director of Emizon, said: “This is a great opportunity for Emizon to benefit from CSL’s unique customer-led ethos and attention to service. We are better together and this deal expands Emizon’s reach in the market, providing installers and their customers with more choice.”

And Ed Heale, CSL’s Managing Director, said: “Both businesses have different areas of expertise but are aligned strategically. The combination will allow us to provide a broader and better service to our existing customers as well as accelerate our plans to enter new sectors and expand internationally.”
