This follows Klaus Gesmann‘s resignation due to illness in February 2016. Since the company has been led by the three management members – Dr Oliver Gabel (CTO), Dr Tristan Haage (CSO) and Klaus Kiener (CFO) – without a chairman. From June 15, the management board consists of four including Thomas Lausten.
Lausten has both corporate and medium-sized business experience. And as Vice President of EMEA, Lausten contributed to the success of Milestone Systems. He is familiar with MOBOTIX due to his previous experience in the market, the company adds.
Yuji Ichimura, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of MOBOTIX, says: “With Thomas Lausten, MOBOTIX was able to win a top manager from the video security industry. We are glad to have him on board as CEO of MOBOTIX.”
