Axis Communications has run its annual VIP Partner Event and hailed award winners.
The network video product firm invited 40 of its top-performing gold partners from across the Northern European region to the VIP Partner Event in Copenhagen. The theme for the event was ‘experience smarter video surveillance’ and aimed to reinforce how effective partnerships could drive market growth.
The 2013 award categories and winners were:
· Enterprise Project of the Year – Tyco/ADT
Heathrow Airport catered for over 70 million passengers last year, and sees the redevelopment of Heathrow Terminal 2 set to be complete in 2014.
· Innovative Solution of the Year – 2020 Vision
Reflecting a trend of video applications beyond security and surveillance, 2020 Vision’s audio-visual monitoring solution providing 24-hour situational awareness, was designed to improve the lives of a family caring for their son who suffered severe brain damage at birth.
· High Growth Partner of the Year – Securitas
Securitas’s remote video solution has gained momentum in the market, Axis reports, and includes a prestigious installation in Tivoli, in the Danish capital.
· UK & Ireland Partner of the year – Tyco/ADT
Tyco/ADT has made a significant investment in Axis Academy training for their personnel. Projects cross segments – retail, transportation, healthcare and stadiums / venues.
· Axis Certified Professional Partner of the Year – Quadrant
The hosts reported that this company has seen the value in achieving certified professional partner status, and their installation team have achieved the accreditation with network video manufacturer.
