Reliance partner with Citicus

by Mark Rowe

The monitoring company Reliance High-Tech reports that it’s to provide enhanced risk management services for mission-critical applications, including CNI, utilities and global brands, under a new exclusive partnership agreement with Citicus.

Citicus risk management software is used to measure and control the risks posed by business applications, components of IT infrastructure, numerically-controlled equipment (including industrial automation and SCADA systems), suppliers, sites, processes and privacy-related projects.

The partnership, says Reliance High Tech, will be particularly for users in regulated and CNI (critical national infrastructure), says Terry Sallas, Reliance High Tech’s Managing Director, pictured. He said: “We are excited to be offering the Citicus solution on an exclusive basis to a number of important sectors in the UK. Our reputation is built on our ability to provide complex technology solutions and on the strength of our long term customer relationships.

“Now this capability will be complemented by a focus on global risk management issues, not just on the robust functioning of the security systems themselves.”

Citicus MD Simon Oxley said that Reliance High Tech’s long standing expertise at the highest level in the security market would add new depth to its own offering. “Our software already brings objectivity and rigour to the process of measuring, tracking and managing risks among organisations globally. Working with Reliance High Tech will strengthen our position at the highest level with the most demanding users and customers in mission-critical applications.”
