Intergrated Security Manufacturing (ISM), a manufacturer of Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) products, has reported interest in its Genesys PSIM product at the recent Intersec exhibition in Dubai.
Steve Smith, pictured, Managing Director of ISM, says that the firm has been invited to tender for five new ‘significant’ projects in the Middle East and beyond as a result of its presence at the show and the interest shown. He says: “What was particularly encouraging for us is that these are five new customers and projects that were not known to us previously. There was a clear appetite for our Genesys product and an apparent understanding of how it is a technology designed by engineers who have a firm understanding of the commercial security market and which delivers exceptional levels of functionality, performance and ease of use for larger system installations.”
Steve says that ISM will continue to invest in technology and R&D, and is expanding the use and application of the product into new markets: ““We will be consolidating our growth in the Middle East, expanding our reach into new vertical sectors including casinos, custody, utilities, critical infrastructure, embassies and data centres. Genesys is fully scaleable to ‘flex’ in line with a client’s needs.”
About the product
It allows the integration of multiple systems from multiple manufacturers – all from one integrated security system. Every electronic security or fire safety device from CCTV and intruder alarms to electronic locking and PA (public address) can be monitored and controlled from a single platform. It features Migrating 3+ technology, a patented automatic failover that the makers say adds higher levels of automatic configurable redundancy and power. Control is distributed across multiple workstations.
