Wavestore has appointed Hamaad Deen as Pre-Sales Manager. Hamaad will be working with the Video Management Software (VMS) company’s client partners to assist in design and development of new projects in the UK and Internationally.
A key aspect of the newly created role will be to ensure requirements are deliverable in the required times and to meet client’s expectations. Hamaad, who holds a BSc in Computer Science, has been Wavestore’s Technical Sales Engineer since 2010.
Glenn Fletcher, Head of Sales for Wavestore, said: “Hamaad is a natural problem solver as well as an excellent communicator. He also has extensive knowledge of a wide range of third party systems, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of what we can achieve with our open platform VMS. Hamaad is therefore the ideal person to take on this very important role, a key aspect of which is to make the complex simple, by understanding what customers are looking to achieve and in the process, help them unlock the full potential of their security systems.

That ‘Better Together’ Partner Programme is designed to offer advantages to companies in the design, installation and commissioning of video surveillance. It features pre-sales project support for large or complex applications; project registration, system design and tender submission support, access to training, free demonstration licences and PR services.
