The distributor Oprema reports a new partnership with Magos. Set up in 2007, Magos offer radars for security and perimeter protection that can be integrated in video management software (VMS), PSIM (physical security information management) and other control software. Magos products offer coverage of outdoor areas in any lighting or weather, the manufacturer says; typically for use in car parks, at solar farms, oil refineries and sub-stations, and ports.

As for installation, the products can be wireless, and solar powered. For more about the products visit https://magossystems.com/videos.

Eric Hampel, Managing Director at Magos Systems Europe said: “We are very happy to start our cooperation with Oprema. In this type of security project business, the flexibility and competence of truly value-added distributors is crucial. During the period of mutual evaluation, Oprema was able to prove the necessary skills to be a successful partner for integrators to design and market integrated solutions and we are confident that such a cooperation will be of value for the UK market of critical infrastructure and perimeter security.”

And Matthew Epps, Managing Director at Oprema added: “We are thrilled to welcome Magos in to the Oprema product portfolio. Magos products will enhance our existing offering to customers within the security and perimeter protection landscape. I look forward to working with the team at Magos and securing some very interesting projects in the coming months and years.”
