ISM hails show

by Mark Rowe

Integrated Security Management (ISM) has hailed its showing at Security and Policing 2018, the official UK Government security event in early March. The company reports positive interest in its latest Integrated Security Management System (ISMS) – a technology that takes Physical Information Management (PSIM) technology to another level.

The three-day event at the Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre saw ISM showcase its Genesys ISMS, that the firm describes as a fully integrated security management system capable of integrating and controlling multiple technologies, devices and sites from a single platform.

Attendees at Security Policing 2018 included police, government departments, emergency services, and key providers of national infrastructure from across the UK and overseas.

Genesys is the developers say an ISMS platform for operators of national critical infrastructure sites and is already proven and operating in sites across the world. ISM recently received formal notification from the UK official Centre for the Protection of National Infrastructure (CPNI) that Genesys has met the CPNI standard for CAPSS, which means it is Approved for UK Government Use.

Geoff Pye, Commercial Director at ISM, pictured, says: “Security and Policing 2018 was the perfect platform to showcase Genesys, especially following our recent CPNI approval for use of our system on UK Government sites. The event attracts the right audience and we received some very positive feedback.”

The 2019 event runs at Farnborough from March 5 to 7.
