CSL acquire IQIP

by Mark Rowe

CSL, the providers of Secure Connectivity for M2M/IoT devices, reports their acquisition of IQIP, a European provider of IP based security and telecommunication services.

This deal is the second for CSL and follows the acquisition of Emizon who joined the CSL Group in April 2017. The firms say that IQIP will enhance CSL’s service with greater regional support capabilities, as well as underpinning CSL’s growth ambitions across Europe.

IQIP’s CEO, Bert van den Berg said: “We are delighted to be joining the CSL Group. This deal provides IQIP with a great opportunity to provide our partners and their customers with more product choice and greater organisational stability. CSL’s professionalism and expertise in a fast changing and growing European market make this the most logical step forward into a new future.”

And Ed Heale, CSL’s CEO, said: “It’s a great acquisition for us. IQIP is a well-known and well-regarded business in the industry. The acquisition provides us with a solid platform from which to grow in continental Europe and offer out a broader range of products and services.”
