Brooknight acquires KnoWgo

by Mark Rowe

Brooknight Security has acquired Retail Radar Holdings.

Retail Radar, known for its technology including the KnoWgo Merchandising System, A-OK Care Monitor, We Share Clean Air and a range of KnoWgo tracking products, will now form part of the Brooknight Group of companies.

Ray Higgs, founder of Retail Radar, will become CEO in the newly formed partnership, KnoWgo Electronic Solutions Ltd. A 24/7 support centre will be established for customers which already include a number of blue chip UK and international retailers. Brooknight says this strategic acquisition will enhance its capability, especially in the retail and supply chain sectors.

Jim Moyes, Group CEO, says: ‘Our acquisition of Retail Radar forms part of our strategy to diversify our service offering to keep up with our customers’ changing requirements. The introduction of innovative solutions is high on the agenda for our customers and being able to offer some award winning solutions will strengthen our position within our chosen sectors. I look forward to working with Ray and would like to welcome him to the Brooknight family.’
