SDW 2016

by Mark Rowe

The annual security conference and exhibition SDW reports that it has sold out all exhibition space over six months ahead of its tenth edition, covering government and citizen identity products.

SDW 2016 will welcome 110 exhibiting companies to the event, which will again run at the QEII Conference Centre in Westminster, London, pictured; from Tuesday to Thursday, May 10 to 12, 2016. The exhibition now has a waiting list in operation after its fastest-ever sales, with celebrations also in the offing for its tenth edition.

Mark Lockie, managing director of Science Media Partners and director of SDW 2016, said: “We are delighted to see such strong growth in our tenth year. It is exciting to see such phenomenal international interest in government and citizen identity solutions, and we are proud to be at the centre of it.”

Feedback from last year’s event was overwhelmingly positive, organisers say, with 93pc of event participants surveyed rating SDW 2015 as either Good or Excellent. There was also more than 8pc growth in attendees, with more than 1700 industry and government specialists from 70-plus nations using SDW 2015 to network, seek out solutions, and to understand the latest technology and business trends in the sector.

Entry to the exhibition is free to registered visitors. If you wish to join the waiting list to exhibit at SDW 2016, contact Janine Bill, [email protected].
