The real estate firm Savills has chosen two Axis Group companies – Axis Security, and Axis Cleaning and Support Services – to deliver services at two of its leisure sites in Yorkshire.
Xscape Yorkshire, pictured, is a leisure complex with indoor snow and ski slope, a multiplex cinema, bars, restaurants, and retail. Axis Security is providing manned guarding services 576 hours per week, employing some 12 security officers; all transferred to Axis employment via TUPE. Axis’ cleaning and support services arm is providing nine cleaning staff on the same site.
Cardigan Fields is a leisure park just over a mile from the centre of Leeds. It has a cinema, gym and numerous restaurants. Axis Security is providing manned guarding services 252 hours per week, employing a security team of six.

We will be working closely with the Axis teams on customer service training to ensure members of the public can enjoy a safe and comfortable experience every time they visit.”

Our local operations team have been heavily involved, providing their support and expertise to ensure the smooth running of both sites.”
