Ultimate in OSPAs accolade

by Mark Rowe

The London-based private security company, Ultimate Security Services, was named Outstanding Contract Security Company at the first Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPAs).

The company beat eight others to win the award; staff there on the night are pictured receiving the award, with the event host, broadcaster Nick Ross (left). It was also a finalist in the ‘Outstanding Security Partnership’ category with London’s Chiswick Park.

The OSPAs were held at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square on Thursday evening, March 2, to mark companies and individuals across the security sector. Ultimate, with the winners of the other categories, now goes forward to the OSPAs global awards.

Prof Martin Gill, founder of the awards, said: “The OSPAs are designed to be both independent and inclusive, providing an opportunity for outstanding performers to be recognised and their success duly celebrated.”

Paul Harvey, board director, Ultimate Security Services, said: “This is the first year the OSPAs have been held in the UK and to win one award and be a finalist in another category is a fantastic achievement. The awards reflect the hard work of our team and the work they do every day to deliver the highest levels of service for our clients.”

Steve Hall, Ultimate Security Services CEO, added: “Adding value for our clients has always been at the forefront of what we do. We never take for granted that we operate in a very competitive sector and our clients have a choice. These awards demonstrate that we’re doing something right and we look forward to many successful years to come.”
