A £2.7m, three-year contract at Southgate Shopping Centre in Bath has gone to Incentive FM, the facilities contract company. At the site run by Broadgate Estates, Incentive FM will be responsible for cleaning, including window cleaning, and security at the open-air city centre tourist attraction and home to numerous restaurants.
Some 28 security guards and cleaners will transfer under TUPE and operate seven days a week, 24 hours a day. As an open scheme centre it brings several entrances and high footfall. On the cleaning side, the ornate architecture and traditional bath stone requires specialist cleaning techniques.

Therefore our choice of FM partner is extremely important and we are confident that Incentive FM has both the skills and knowledge to deliver the standards we require.”
